Lyndrel Downs – Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cybersecurity DIVAS
Lyndrel is an Executive Recruiter with Fortify Experts, an executive search firm specializing in the placement of cybersecurity leaders and professionals. Lyndrel has over 20 years of executive search and recruiting experience and is responsible for providing senior leadership for the recruiting team and establishing resourcing strategies. Prior to joining Fortify Experts, Ms. Downs served 13 years as the Senior Technical Recruiter and Senior Resource Development Manager for a national consulting firm. Lyndrel was also a CCNA Certified Network Engineer and is studying for several Security Certifications. Lyndrel earned her Mechanical Engineering degree from Prairie View University and her Business degree from the University of Phoenix.
Angelique “Q” Napoleon – Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board
Angelique is the Solutions Director for Homeland Security and Intelligence. She oversees program development for Security Operations and Cyber Forensics. She’s closely involved in setting the National Security Strategy. Angelique also runs a specific track-focused program helping transitioning military members and their families by providing cyber education and certifications. Angelique emphasizes that her commitment to these individuals extends beyond the mentorship program, as she intends to be there for them throughout their entire careers, offering advice and guidance whenever needed. Overall, Angelique is leveraging her cyber expertise to give back to the industry by empowering others and leading them to help them thrive in the field of cybersecurity.
Wanda Jones-Heath, PhD, CISM – Director and Advisor
Wanda is a Principal Cyber Advisor for the DAF (Air Force and Space Force); her duties include synchronizing, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of the DAF Cyber Strategy and advising the Secretary of the Air Force on all cyber programs. She is responsible for overseeing cyberspace recruitment; resourcing, and training of cyber mission forces, as well as assessing their readiness, overseeing acquisition; advocating for cyber investments; cybersecurity supply chain risk management; and security of information systems and weapon systems.
