And, yes, I have enjoyed and embraced my work every stage of the way. As a senior member of the global information technology leadership team, I am responsible for working with stakeholders to determine acceptable levels of risk for Baxter, and I am highly knowledgeable about the cyber threat landscape and the necessary capabilities to protect the business environment. Over the past 20+ years, I have amassed a great deal of leadership experience and track record in: • Competency in the field of information security and risk management in significant leadership roles. • Establishing, maintaining, managing and training across enterprise-wide information technology and security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected. • Responsible for identifying, evaluating and reporting on information security risks that meet compliance and regulatory requirements within healthcare-based employers, services, software and products. • Spearheading, conceptualizing and implementing practices that meet defined policies and standards for information security and overseeing and collaborating with stakeholders on a variety of information technology related management activities.
