My greatest passion is to help others – whether delivering on a challenging project, developing a personal leadership quality or feeling connected and engaged to be successful. This passion is genuine, and people feel it. Trust is an absolute must, and through this inherent desire to help others with responsibility and integrity, I have become a leader both professionally and personally. My expertise includes effectively leading global teams, establishing new programs and processes, and successfully delivering on program-level efforts. I apply a strong work-ethic developed early on by hard-working parents and involvement in athletics through college. I learned the importance of team building and morale, and I impart those learnings daily through trust, open communication and mindful leadership. I believe I bring a unique set of skills and traits to the table as a senior leader in IT and Security. I advocate for health and wellness as a yoga and fitness instructor and have integrated that passion into the workplace by motivating and supporting my colleagues to be their best self and therefore more productive professionals.
